Our History

The Schultz family is believed to have built the Stone Mill, and part of the Mansion in 1736. A large addition to the Mansion was done around 1820. The Mill operated as a grist mill for many years. In the 1970’s the Mill was transitioned into a restaurant facility and operated for a number of years before being neglected. The current owners spent three years restoring the splendor of this historic estate. In 1997 the facility began hosting formal affairs and beautiful outdoor weddings.



Our Staff

We are proud to have friendly and well experienced staff. We have three primary event/wedding coordinators with a combined 40 yrs of experience. In addition, we have several assistant coordinators who also have years of experience. What began as a family business has expanded over the years to include new staff who take pride in their work and the reputation of the business. We believe that events are like team sports, we’re successful by working together. Our staff has established a successful track record with over 1,000 satisfied Brides, many who send letters of thanks or reference.
